History of Live Better
Live Better began fundraising in 2019, bringing together Hamilton migrant members of the community to develop community support groups and organise a range of activities. They formed small groups and met monthly to achieve their goals. These efforts led to its incorporation as a charitable trust in 2021.
We offer a variety of recreational activities, arts ,sports and cultural programs, counselling services and support groups, educational programs and encourage feedback and suggestions from the community. Our community currently has over 2000 members from multicultural backgrounds. In 2023 the name was changed to Live Better to inform more people about the benefits of the services provided.
